Welcome to Scott's Scuba Online. Scott's Scuba Service is a full service dive shop that opened in February 1993 with a commitment to excellence, the support of the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) and Scott's own experience in diving and instructing which has been building since 1978. Scott Camerlo who is now a PADI Master Instructor and his wife Laura Camerlo who is a PADI Dive Master have been promoting great diving in the Tri-State area and internationally for many years. They have been bringing diving to new heights of family fun for many people.
Scott's Scuba Service is one of the unique diving facilities in Pennsylvania. We have all of our own training facilities, multiple on staff instructors, and more opportunities to get out and go diving than anyone in the business. We also have our own private open water training facility that is owned and operated by Scott's Scuba Service. Crusty's is an 8 acre body of water with an average summer temperature of 74 degrees and visibility from 10 to 30 feet depending on the season. Having our own facilities and instructors allows us to certify in as few days required by PADI standards. These features also allow us to work around any individual schedule and teach to a wider variety of people.
Scott's Scuba Service sells top quality life support and accessory equipment. Manufactures like: Aqualung/U.S. Divers , Sherwood, U.S.I.A., Sea Quest , Deep Sea , Andy's, Cetacea , Trident , Ikelite , Luxfer , Suunto , and many, many others are all part of our large sales department. A staff member will be more than happy to review all available equipment possibilities with divers. Call to set up an appointment for a one on one equipment counseling session. Excellent package deals are available with the purchase of a regulator system, B.C., octopus, and console. We accept all major credit cards and free financing is available for qualified divers.
Scott's Scuba Service offers preventative maintenance and repair all done by factory authorized technicians performing to factory specified regulations. Regulator overhauls, tank valve overhauls, tank visual inspections, tank internal cleaning, air fills, wetsuit repair, dry suit repair, and basic equipment checkups are all done on the premises with rush services available if requested. We also offer services that are not done on premises like tank hydro static testing.
Scott's Scuba Service offers a full line of quality rental gear. Rental Packages are always available for any period of time. Gear will be inspected with you and a staff member prior to the rental. All of our gear is quality life support equipment that are offered at reasonable rental prices. Wet suit rentals are available without a Scuba Certification card for Boats or Jet Skis. Scott's Scuba Service has an extensive database of divers and dive sites (both local and international) that can be accessed to bring you up to date information on any dive destination that you may be interested in visiting. Our database also allows us to match up dive buddies that may be interested in different areas of diving enjoyment. Scott's Scuba always has single divers that are looking for buddies to do all types of diving. There are no excuses for not participating. The more you dive with us, the more people you will meet, and the more you will get out of diving. After all, isn't this what we got into diving for in the first place.
Scott's Scuba Service is open from Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. There are always qualified representatives on hand to answer your questions and to review all of the available features of Scott's Scuba Service. We work very hard to make everyone feel comfortable and find enjoyment in this fascinating sport.
